Our center promotes the power of therapy and spiritual guidance through solutions/suggestions to aid all of us living in modern cities and the western world, though it’s benefits are not nearly limited to this kind of lifestyle. It promotes these through the cleansing ceremony of Dip Yagya, the energy therapies, the chanting of Mantras and prayer, crystal healing for the Chakras, exercise for the body through yoga and dance, as well as breathing techniques, the vibration and balance of numbers in Arithmosophy, spiritual discussions and indeed through the use and teaching of Prana Food, a well-balanced diet, especially developed by Mary Soukouli Aischwarya Devi over the years
The basic nucleus of ANAHATA and the prime visionary of our center is Mary Soukouli Aischwarya Devi, with years of research and study in the science of spiritual guidance, as well as the search for perfected soul cleansing techniques and transofrmation of our own energy. Tools that help our bodies to become ready to accept the transformation of the nature of its energy are Yoga and its spiritual influence in changing our lives. A further basic tool for this is mental and physical cleansing through the use of Energy Therapy (Pranic Healing), a powerful tool perfected by Master Choa Kok Sui and one which is widely used in alternative therapy clinics in America, as well as the rest of the world.
See video regarding the power of Pranic Healing.
Yet another tool is the ceremony of Dip Yagya which leaves people feeling full of reverence, love and an increasing knowledge of their soul and personal path. A single participation in this ceremony, which lasts up to 2 hours, is enough to provide beneficial rewards in all levels - mind, body, spirit, as well as the surrounding environment - thereby cleansing and purifying thoughts, feelings and actions with the purpose of helping man to carve a path towards his/her own personal truth and towards divine virtues and deeds.
Aischwarya Devi has over the years had many influences regarding her own work from great spiritual teachers, both in India and Greece (such as Paramahamsa Satyananda, Master Choa Kok Sui, old Porferios, Guru Dev, Christos Themeliotis, Mata Ji). Every day life and the modern rhythms characteristic of western society daily overpower us energetically and have therefore ill effects on both our spirit and physic body. Aischwarya’s vision and deep wish is to create this powerful spiritual center in Athens and to help guide and return people to their original roots of prosperity and happiness, regardless of religious or other views.
The Anahata Chakra is the energy centre where man’s heart beat dwells. The Anahata Chakra symbol is a lone flame. This flame of the human soul seeks to become dyadic, collective and finally cosmic. This means that man’s soul seeks the experience of self-development through union. This experience is in turn the dynamic union through the practice of love. For this reason, the Anahata Chakra is the sound and temple of love. Within the field of this energy centre dwells the magic tree of wishes, which can make any wish come true. This means that through work on the Anahata Chakra we can help perfect our human vibration, thus gradually becoming small Gods.
In order to achieve this goal and reach perfection it’s certain that one must follow in practical terms the knowledge and the spiritual awakening of the 8 steps of Raja Yoga. This path leads to the Anahata, the dynamic union through the practice of love.
